An Analysis of The Relationship among Religious Maturity, Emotional Expression, Emotional Labor and Personal Variable of The Christian Teachers of Child-care Center.

The purpose of this study is to probe the diffence of religious maturity acording to personal variable and the influence on emotional expression and emotional labor by religious maturity of the christian teacher of child-care center. The survey was conducted on 153 christian teachers of early-child class who work on child-care center in Seoul and Kyung-gi province. The survey of religious maturity(Kim en-sil, 2005), the survey of emotional expression(Lee han-ae, 2008), the survey of emotional labor(Kim su-yoen, 2015) was used. For the data processing, the analysis of frequency, verifying confidence, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and regression analysis was applied.
The major results are as follows. First, the partial significant difference emerged in the sub-variable and the whole of religious maturity according to age, marriage status, academic ability, and career of teacher. Second, the doctrin part showed the negative influence and the faith part showed the positive influence among the sub-variable of religious maturity on the whole of emotional expression. Third, the doctrin part influenced on inner behavior negatively and the faith part influenced on outer behavior negatively, and on inner bahavor positively among the sub-variable of religious maturity.
This study can provide the plan to improve emotional expressivity and emotional labor and afford the basic information to make the strategy increasing religious maturity according to personal variable on the christian teacher of child-care center.
