seems
as though there is always something ready
to take precedence over the things
we need to do
for the sake of our health.
Most of us
begin
a new exercise program
with all the best intentions,
but
when it comes
to making it
a permanent part of ourdaily routine,
we
are simply unable
to be consistent.
For most of us
the demands of the world
seem more urgent
to us at any given moment
than do the demands
of our physical and psychological health.
