And I also have aromatherapy, I'll turn I put in there is called joy and I'm already feeling joyful.
It's just changing everything right now.

And then I have some, this days, stress relief pillow mist, some of this on your pillow at night and it just takes cares of all of stress in your life.
it's amazing.
and then I have some sound therapy.
So I want you to close eyes right now then just imagine on the beach just relax, the music is playing softly.
All of your worries are flying away like a bird as you hear the waves roll in, your nerves calm.
your enxiety has gone.
That's closed to reality, right there.

How do you relax when we have such stressful lives?
So, today what I really want to do is all of us take spiritual spa treatment to learn how to deal with the inevitable stresses that come into all of our lives, especially for your moms.
Now it's part of God's plan that we have certain mount of stress like guitar.
You stress the strings and it produces music.
If you stress the strings just right it produces beautiful music, but if you tied up so much, it snaps it is in our lives, but it's God's plan we have a certain amount of stress not too much stress in our life.
It just amount of stress.
The Bible never tells us how to live a stress-free life.
In fact, the most stressful thing I could ever do is to get rid of all the stress in my life.
That would stress me out because it's impossible to do.
The Bible never tells us how to get rid of all the problems in our lives, but it does tell us how to develop a supernatural spa of peace welling up in our soul in middle of our stress problems The circumstances in our lives can look totally out of control,
but we can tap into the spiritual spa of peace that envelops our sprit on the inside while chaos reigns on the outside.
Now, Paul was an expert at supernatural spa treatments.
He was wrongly accused, he was beaten, he was in prison, he was transferred to another prison to Rome and on the way he was shipwrecked.
He had problem, after problem, after problem and yet as Paul is waiting to be executed in prison by Nero, he writes this passage we are studying today andI had the privilege of visiting Paul's prison cell in Roem several years ago.
I was really surprised to see it's a very small it's a little cave. It's dark, it's damp, it's cold, it's awful place and yet Paul was able to say, "I have a five star supernatural spa in my spirit that defies all the circumstance going on outside of me.
So I want you to open your Bibles to Philippians Chapter 4 and would you stand in honor of God's word and let's just read it out loud together.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in christ Jesus.
What I want to do today is dig deep in this passage and sort of break it apart to really dig into the nutrients of God's words and there are really three things that I need to do to develop the supernatural spa of peace in my life while the circumstances all around me may be stressful.
I put in a cross stick of the word spa.
S stands for stop worring about anything.
Stop worrying about anything.
The first part of that verse says, "Do not be anxious about anything", underline anything.
He says don't worry about anything because worry is worthless.
Worry cannot change your past. Worry cannot control your future.
All it does is mess up my life today. It's an extreme waste of energy.
But this is one of the hardest commands for us to obey and I emphasize this is a command, so when I break this command and I worry, I've sinned.
Worry is a sin. And I say that because many times Christians say, "Well, I don't do that awful sin and I don't do that terrible sin, I don't do this sin, but I do worry a lot" as if to say worry is not a significant sin. And we need to stop for a moment and think how devastating worry is to us.
