For many of us,
the thanksgiving meal
is one of the most beloved culinary traditions [culinary, 요리의]
of the year.

But that feast usually ends [feast, 연회]
with plentiful leftovers,
and then some.

often ends up in the garbage
and (adds to the much) larger problem
of food waste in this country.

That makes( it a )good time

to rethink (our) attitude and approach
about (all of this).
